WIDOWS SUPPORT MINISTRY

In Jesus Christ Power World Evangelism we emulate the compassion ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ by prioritizing human relationship as well as our relationship with God to fulfill the whole commandments of God which says:Love God, and Love your neighbour as yourself. We support Orphanages, Widows and the Needy.

Widows’ support is one of our humanitarian service arms, taking cognizance of the obvious neglect of Widows especially in the developing countries. God is using this ministry to improve the lives of Widows and their fatherless families through welfare and financial supports.

GOD LOVES WIDOWS
Inspite of several scriptures emphasizing God’s call on us to take care of widows, the fatherless, and poor amongst us, widows have been of the most neglected in the world. How it must grieve God to know that millions of the world’s widows are among the uncared for, poor, suffering; facing lifetime hardship, especially those in Africa, Asia and South America. In Africa especially, many have been abandoned to their fate to carry on single-handed with the responsibility of catering for their children’s educational, medical and material needs. Government’s social and welfare policies are often not in place to give them any help. God knew of this ahead of time. That is why He commanded us to give love and support to them. “PURE RELIGION AND UNDEFILED BEFORE GOD AND THE FATHER IS THIS, TO HELP THE FATHERLESS AND WIDOWS IN THEIR AFFLICTION”. James 1: 27
